does anybody else have this problem

First of all excuse my dirty toilet. Our water is so bad if you dont get in and clean it every other day it looks like that. My youngest Corinne loves water and there is no better place to find in than in the toilet. I am constantly dragging her out. Its like she know, oh the doors open. It is at least once a day she discovers the door open and I hear splash, splash. I try and keep the door shut at all times but with a 3 year old using it and a 2 year old I'm potty training it gets missed every now and then. Oh well and least it is fresh water.
